Our guesthouse is secludedly and perfectly located in Leverkusen Quettingen between Bürgerbusch and Bahnstadt (the new district of science and industry in Leverkusen). Furthermore, it is just two minutes away from the motorways A1 and A3. You can easily go to Cologne, Bergisch Gladbach or Düsseldorf within just a few minutes. Koelnmesse and Messe-Düsseldorf are easily reachable via car, bus or train.
We have specialised in rooms for service technicians ( especially assemblers, exhibitors, people searching for short-term accommodation).
We received plenty of good feedback due to our attractive prices (as off 20,00 Euros per day for double rooms) and our approved combination of quality and service. Private costumers as well as business clients have been satisfied to the highest degree.
We have 30 beautiful and ready-furnished rooms with 4 common kitchens and 9 common bathrooms as well as 2 comfortable apartments with their own kitchenettes and bathrooms. All the beds in our house are single beds.

We offer you rooms either with their own bathroom or with common bathrooms (1 common bathroom for 2 rooms). All of our rooms are comfortable, big and bright.
All of our beds are single beds.

In our apartmens 2 to 5 people can stay in single beds. Our kitchenettes have a microwave, a water boiler, a Senseo coffee machine, a fridge and dinnerware.
